OUR OPENING TIMES ARE 9AM TO 6PM 

Any collections or drop offs outside these times must be prearranged and may be subject to an extra costs.

The arrival day is subject to a full days charge. There is no charge for the final day providing your pet is collected during morning opening hours before 10.30 am. Collections after this time will be billed at the standard daily rate. Long Stay discounts available please contact us for details.

Bookings over 5 days in length may incur a non refundable deposit before bookings can be be confirmed.Any Changes to bookings made with less than 48 hours notice to the start of the booking given to cancel or amend, full payment is expected for the period booked
